Welcome to Hart and Sole. Event planning is my passion. From celebrity book signings and meet-and-greets to coordinating weddings, from creating personalized one-of-a-kind pieces to community events bringing awareness, I love it all. My goal is to create beautiful memories for people during special moments in their life.

This past weekend I was thrown a Bridal shower that I will never forget. Angie Larson, founder of Hart and Sole, made it the most special day for me and the guests that attended. Her attention to detail and the way she made everything so personal to me and my fiancé made it incredibly special. I have been to several bridal showers in my day but none compared to this. Upon walking into my shower I saw pictures of me and my fiancé everywhere! Pictures I loved the most were all over and everyone got to see them. Quotes from my fiancé hung in frames on the walls, and every doorway was decked out in home made lace and burlap banners.

Our Services



We love weddings! We offer three different types of coordination packages. Our day of coordination package starts at $1250, our Side-by-Side package starts at $1800 and our Hand-in-Hand package starts at $2500. Please reach out to us further to discuss what these packages include and which would work best for you! We love bringing the personality of the bride and groom into the big day while also alleviating stress. 


Hosting a special speaker? The annual work party? We are here for you. We can coordinate logistics while understanding the vision for the particular meeting or event. 


Who doesn't love a great party? We love to create, plan, and host any type of party; kid's birthdays, retirement parties, baby showers, you name it! 


We love community! Bringing awareness to social causes and charitable organizations is something we are very passionate about. We would love to help you create beautiful events that give back to our neighborhoods, our country and our world.

Angie was so wonderful to work with as a day-of-coordinator for our wedding. She is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet.
